I specialize in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai style stretching and my specialty is Lymphatic Accupressure massage. All of these modalities are done with a pressure level you are most comfortable with which can be light to deep. I will discuss this with you ahead of time and during our first session I may ask if the pressure is correct. I tend to not chat during the session as I know the time you spend here is for you and I honor your space. If there is anything specific you are concerned with, such as an injury or an area you wish to avoid massaging, we can talk about that before the session so I know how to plan your session. OM training sessions are also available to those who ask specifically at a greatly reduced rate depending on the session.

 

I can also perform abdomen massage techniques for clients suffering abdominal discomfort and pain from conditions such as endometriosis, IBS and other chronic issues. While massage is not a cure for these conditions, clients report lessening of symptoms over time and most often bringing the general discomfort levels to a more tolerable point.

Lymphaic Accupressure is a technique I use after a full body massage and I use it as a finishing touch on your perfect massage. The slightly lighter pressure and long strokes over every major lymph region is a cleansing experience and is often requested by my clients.
